(4) establish and improve the monitoring and evaluation system of occupational disease hazards at the workplace;
(e) Establishment and improvement of emergency rescue plan for occupational disease hazards;
(f) Other requirements stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

Article 2

Article 5
The State Administration of Work Safety is responsible for the supervision and management of occupational health in the workplace of the national production and management units.
Local people's governments at or above the county level production safety supervision and management departments are responsible for the supervision and management of the workplace occupational health of the production and management units within the administrative region.
