Before starting the 1. 1 machine, the refrigerant in the air conditioner should be collected in the outdoor unit.
1.2 liquid collection step: firstly, put the air conditioner in the cooling state and start it.
1.3 Open the brass hexagonal cover of the high-pressure valve on the outdoor unit, and close the high-pressure valve with an Allen key (there are two three-way valves on one side of the outdoor unit, one with a large diameter is a low-pressure valve and the other with a small diameter is a high-pressure valve).
1.4 At this time, the air conditioner is still running, because the high-pressure valve has been closed, so the refrigerant can no longer flow to the indoor unit for heat exchange through the high-pressure valve, but is compressed to the outdoor unit.
1.5, etc. After running for about 3-5 minutes, there should be no cold air blowing out from the indoor unit, indicating that the outdoor unit has completely received the refrigerant.
1.6 At this time, close the low-pressure three-way valve on the outdoor unit. At this time, the refrigerant is enclosed in the outdoor unit.
1.7 Turn off the air conditioner.
1.8 Disassemble the machine at this time, remove the connecting pipes of the indoor and outdoor machines, and remove the cables between the indoor and outdoor machines.
1.9 The removed Unicom copper tube should be cleaned, and the interface between the nozzle and the three-way valve should be sealed with plastic bags.
2. Device
2. 1 The outdoor unit shall be positioned and the frame shall be installed horizontally.
2.2 Positioning of the indoor unit, the indoor unit should be slightly tilted towards the water outlet direction. If the inclination direction is opposite, the condensed water will leak from the indoor unit to the room.
2.3 Connect the pipes and cables between indoor units.
2.4 When connecting the low-pressure pipeline of the outdoor unit with the three-way valve, it should be noted that the splicing cap of the pipe joint should not be tightened first, but slightly loosened. After all pipelines are connected, open the high-pressure valve a little first, and then tighten the connector cap of the low-pressure pipeline when there is refrigerant flowing out of the connector cap screw of the low-pressure pipeline. This is done to drive away the air entering the connecting pipe and the indoor unit, because the closed system is disassembled. )
2.5 After checking that all joints are connected reliably, the high and low pressure valves can be completely opened, and the refrigerant will enter the refrigeration cycle system.
2.6 Start the machine. At this time, the clamp meter can be used to check the line current on the main power cord of the air conditioner. Judging whether the air conditioner works normally according to the rated current marked on the nameplate of the air conditioner. Generally 220V, the working current of one and a half air conditioners is 6A. If it is greater than 6A, there is too much refrigerant, and if it is less than 6A, there is too little refrigerant.
Step 3 add liquid
3. 1 If it is necessary to add liquid to the air conditioner, it can be done on the low-pressure three-way valve of the outdoor unit.
3.2 Confirm the types of refrigerants used in the air conditioner, and prepare steel cylinders, liquid-filled pipes, liquid-filled pipes and pipe joints of low-pressure three-way valves with refrigerants. And suitable tools such as boards.
3.3 Turn off the air conditioner.
3.4 Close the low-pressure three-way valve of the outdoor unit.
3.5 Open the cover of the refueling pipe joint on the other side of the valve.
3.6 Connect one end of the liquid filling pipe with the valve outlet on the refrigerant cylinder, and the other end with the liquid filling joint on the three-way valve, and tighten the joint screw.
3.7 Open the low-pressure three-way valve, put the air conditioner in the refrigeration state, start it, and clamp the clamp meter on the power cord.
3.8 After operation, slowly open the angle valve on the refrigerant cylinder.
