Article 2 Use of the House The use of the House is ____________________. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, Party B shall not change the use of the house.

Article 4 Rent The rent of the house is (currency) ___ ten thousand ___ thousand ___ hundred ___ pick up ___ yuan. During the lease period, in case of market changes, the two parties may separately negotiate to adjust the rent standard; otherwise, the lessor shall not arbitrarily adjust the rent for any reason.

Article 19 Dispute Settlement Disputes arising from the fulfillment of this contract shall be settled by A and B through consultation. In case of failure of consultation, A and B agree to submit to arbitration of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Branch, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
