The reasons for these problems may be:
1. Graphics card driver not installed / version is too old / version does not match
a. Whether there is an update of the graphics card driver before the problem occurs.
Suggested to use the graphics card driver from the laptop manufacturer's website as the main driver. Some graphics card manufacturers have released newer versions of their drivers, but they have not passed the compatibility test for this model
b. If you haven't updated your graphics card driver before the problem occurred, it is recommended that you go to the laptop manufacturer's website to see if there is a new version of the graphics card driver
Right-click on "My Computer" or "Computer" → click "Manage" → click "Device Manager", on the graphics card Right click on "My Computer" or "Computer" → click on "Management" → click on "Device Manager", on the graphics card, right click on the mouse, click on "Contents", check the driver version
Note: Some models have dual graphics cards (e.g., Intel & Nvidia), which can be viewed in Device Manager
Please make sure that you have updated them all to the latest version
2. Memory anomaly or compatibility problem
Have you ever replaced or expanded the memory before the problem occurs? memory before the problem occurred. We recommend restoring the previous configuration.
3. Software
If the problem occurs when you run certain software, such as a game that takes up a lot of system resources, or audio/video software, the display will be broken
Suggested ways to deal with this issue:
a. Update the graphics card driver
b. Confirm that you meet the recommended hardware requirements for the software (check the website for details)
