The company's culture is one of absolute obedience and execution. The atmosphere I think is still rather depressing. The company doesn't pay much attention to newcomers, but of course there's no denying that this is true of companies in general, which leads to too much turnover of new hires within six months.
But you can still learn a lot by doing academics, including sales. If the owner is not very concerned about the stability and salary in the first few years after graduation, and just intends to learn something, my advice is still to come over to work out a little, if you want to keep doing it in this company, I think forget it. To paraphrase a more common saying, I love the company he does not love me.
A choice is of course a risk and opportunity, I wish the owner good luck.
