April 2019, Tsinghua University recently announced a new version of the "Tsinghua University Students Disciplinary Management Regulations Implementation Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") of particular interest. If there is plagiarism, tampering or forgery in a dissertation or publicly published research results, and the circumstances are serious; or if a dissertation is written on behalf of or by another person, or if a dissertation is bought or sold, the school's Academic Committee determines that the student will be expelled from the school.
