An automation device, how many major components to operate?

The basic components of an automation system are detection devices (various sensors), controllers (microcontrollers, PLCs, relays, etc.), transmission systems (connecting rods, gears, belts, etc.), and actuators.

The core control system has different control schemes according to the needs, such as process control in the main control methods used in feedback control, feed forward control and optimal control.

There are many types of actuators, but basically they are all controlled by the motor for the final execution of the operation. The process of the final operation is acquisition-control-transmission-execution. The robotic arm shown in the figure is a simple automation device.

Expanded Information:

Automation equipment engineering application features:

1, the positioning of the workpiece in the workstation: according to the actual situation of the demand side of the product, axial and circumferential direction are taken the hole (or pipe joint) of a certain pipe joint as the reference.

2. The loading and unloading of the workpiece (up and down line) is in manual mode, and the loading of the accessories is in manual material handling and automatic loading.

3. Welding is automatic, the welding torch does multi degree of freedom movement, and the workpiece can be rotated to achieve the desired position of the weld.

4, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used to control the whole automatic production process, touch screen is used as the man-machine operation interface, and the cylinder and motor cooperate to execute the automatic action.
