Leakage current standards for igbt insulation are as follows:

1. When applying 10V DC voltage, the leakage current should not be more than 1mA.

2. When applying 100V DC voltage, the leakage current should not be more than 5mA.

3. When applying 500V DC voltage, the leakage current should not be more than 20mA.

4. When applying 1000V DC voltage, the leakage current should not be greater than 50mA.
