2. Project Overview and Scope of Bidding
2.1 Guilai Expressway starts from the vicinity of Zhenpangyang Village, Shilong Town, Guiping City, with starting pile number K146+672.259, connecting with Wuzhou-Guigang Expressway which is under construction, passes through Wanlong, Wuxuan, Luxin, and Tishan, and finally ends up in the vicinity of Jili Village, Liangjiang Town, Laibin City, with ending pile number K233+979.315, connecting with Guihai Expressway, which has already been completed and opened to traffic. 2.2 This project adopts the mode of general contracting of engineering, the scope of general contracting of engineering: the roadbed bridge and tunnel engineering of the whole line (including the connecting line), road surface engineering, traffic engineering and roadbed engineering of the entire line (including the link). The scope of general contracting includes the construction and equipment procurement and installation of the whole line (including the interconnection line), road surface engineering, traffic engineering and facilities along the line.
