Hangzhou Bay New District Community Health Service Center was first established in September 2006. 2007 October by the Cixi City Editorial Committee approval, officially become a set of preventive health care, medical rehabilitation, health education, chronic disease prevention and treatment, Medical outpatient and family planning guidance as one of the universal cause of fully funded medical units, is now the new rural cooperative medical care and residents of the medical insurance reimbursement agency. It has ten village-level medical and health service stations (two of which have been recognized as municipal advanced community health service stations) and two village medical and health offices. It has opened general clinic, health care department, maternal and child department, internal medicine department, radiology department, ultrasound room, laboratory, electrocardiogram room, infusion room, pharmacy and other departments. It has advanced instruments and equipments such as Siemens Doppler color B ultrasound, Hitachi automatic blood biochemistry analyzer, 500MA remote control X-ray diagnostic machine and so on.
