Power supply: power supply from three directions, double circuit power supply, power is sufficient, stable and reliable, with Huaneng Power Plant and Lantian Thermal Power Plant specializing in supporting power supply, with a total planning capacity of 3.6 million kilowatts.
Tap water: the water source is taken from the heart of Taihu Lake, the water quality is better than the national standard and reaches the international advanced level of drinking water, the daily water supply design capacity is 1.1 million tons.
Gas supply: natural gas has been fully used, with a calorific value of more than 8,000 kcal, and special gas supply channels have been built to provide industrial gases of different purity levels.
Heat supply: centralized heat supply is adopted, and the current hourly steam capacity is 290 tons.
Sewage and Hazardous Waste Disposal: A rainwater and sewage diversion system is adopted. The average daily sewage treatment volume reaches 200,000 tons, 100% sewage collection in the area, 100% sewage treatment meets the standard discharge, and the design scale reaches 900,000 tons per day; the park has built a number of franchised solid waste treatment enterprises with advanced treatment equipment and capacity, and the current solid waste treatment and landfill rate reaches 100%.
Telecommunication services: it can provide international direct dial long-distance telephone, global interconnected roaming cell phone, wireless paging, TV and teleconferencing in major domestic cities, fax communication, ISDN, LAN, ADSL and other public data network communication services, as well as DDN digital data circuits and other services.
Postal services: there are specialized postal enterprises and Chinese and foreign courier companies, which can provide fast postal letters and courier services.
Disaster Prevention and Relief: There are institutions and equipments specializing in handling and rescuing chemical, electronic and other disaster accidents, as well as a strict security management and alarm system, with full coverage of technological defense monitoring. There are first aid centers, foreign hospitals and "24-hour hotline for overseas personnel services" to provide various emergency services at any time.
