British researchers remind people to choose the time to see a doctor.
Strictly speaking, Saturday and Sunday refer to weekends, and so does Britain. In our country, most people go to work on weekdays, so they usually choose to see a doctor on Saturday and Sunday. However, it is very unwise for the British people to choose these two days to see a doctor, especially when their illness is serious. Recently, a survey conducted by the University of London and other academic institutions authorized by the British health department shows that the mortality rate of patients who choose to see a doctor on Saturday and Sunday is higher than that of patients who see a doctor on Monday to Friday 10%. Specifically, they chose to have a high mortality rate 1 1% on Saturday and a high mortality rate 15% on Sunday.
Therefore, the researchers reminded the British people that it is best not to choose these two days to see a doctor. So, why is this happening? There are two main reasons. First, most doctors with excellent medical skills take vacations on Saturday and Sunday, leaving some doctors with average medical skills. Second, some medical equipment in many hospitals in Britain stopped using these two days. After the survey report came out, the British Ministry of Health has indicated that it will take active measures to change this situation.
The mortality rate of seeing a doctor on Saturday and Sunday exceeded 10%
According to the British "Daily Mail" reported on February 3, the results of a survey conducted by academic institutions such as the University of London authorized by the British Ministry of Health were recently released. The survey results show that the mortality rate of patients who choose to see a doctor on Saturday is higher 1 1% than that of patients who choose to see a doctor on weekdays, while the mortality rate of patients who choose to see a doctor on Sunday is higher 15% within the next 30 days.
