The Notice makes it clear that senior care institutions organized with self-built property rights will be given a one-time construction subsidy of RMB 15,000 yuan per nursing care-type bed, and RMB 10,000 yuan per normal-type bed. The nursing institutions organized in leased premises with a lease period of more than five years will be given a one-time reconstruction subsidy of 7,500 yuan for each nursing-type bed and a one-time construction subsidy of 5,000 yuan for each ordinary-type bed; and a one-time reconstruction subsidy of 2,500 yuan will be given for each ordinary-type bed converted into a nursing-type bed.
"Five categories of elderly people" living in nursing institutions with subsidies

Elderly talents have job incentives and subsidies

Undergraduate above the award of 50,000 yuan, college award of 40,000 yuan, secondary award of subsidies 40,000 yuan, junior college award 30,000 yuan. Part-time graduates: 70% of the full-time award.
Caregivers, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, doctors, social workers, dietitians, counselors, mental health instructors, health managers, and massage therapists working in senior care service organizations (excluding those on staff in institutions) are eligible for job subsidies.

Opening a university for the elderly also have incentives
"Notice" to encourage nursing institutions to open university courses for the elderly, for which incentives. The conditions required are:
Holding the civil affairs department approved by the A-level (including) above the qualification of the elderly institutions for more than 1 year; with no less than 30 square meters of indoor teaching space and equipped with the necessary teaching facilities and equipment for the elderly university;
