1. Outdoor distance
Measured at least 3.5 m away from any reflective object (except the ground), at a height of 1.2 m or more above the ground.
2. Outdoor noise-sensitive building
Outside the noise-sensitive building, 1 m from the wall or window, and more than 1.2 m from the ground height.
3. Indoors of noise-sensitive buildings

China's National Standards
China's current national standards are GB 3096-2008, "Acoustic Environment Quality Standards" and GB 22337-2008, "Environmental Noise for Social Life". Among them, the "Acoustic Environment Quality Standards" stipulates the environmental noise limits and measurement methods for five types of acoustic environment functional areas, which are applicable to the evaluation and management of acoustic environment quality, but are not applicable to the areas around airports affected by the noise of aircraft passing through (take-off, landing, low-level overflight);
The "Environmental Noise of Social Life" stipulates that commercial cultural venues and commercial business activities that may produce environmental noise pollution Equipment and facilities boundary noise emission limit limit values and measurement methods, applicable to the management, evaluation and control of noise generated by them.
Environmental noise is more harmful to people's work and rest, when people encounter noise problems, you can first ask the relevant national qualification testing organizations for environmental noise or indoor noise to systematically and scientifically test;
After getting the legally binding test report, if you find that the noise is indeed exceeding the limit, you can report to the property management company or the local department (e.g. Ministry of Environmental Protection) that specializes in dealing with noise pollution. If you get a legally binding test report and find that the noise exceeds the limit, you can file a complaint with the property management company or the local department specializing in dealing with noise pollution (e.g., the Ministry of Environmental Protection).
The Acoustics Research Institute of the China Academy of Testing and Technology, a national statutory metrology and technology research organization with a number of national acoustic benchmarks and the earliest applicant for low-frequency noise testing qualifications in Sichuan Province, advocates to citizens that national standards provide standard support for the detection and control of ambient noise;
Once people are troubled by ambient noise or feel that their homes may exceed the prescribed decibel value, the majority of homeowners should safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, can be qualified to test the arbitration unit to submit an application for testing, the relevant units will also be based on national standards with reference to the test, but also a quiet environment.
