With the modern hospital conditions, the environment and the quality of medical care continue to improve and enhance, laminar flow equipment has gradually been equipped, applied to the operating room.
1 Laminar flow operating room - clean and comfortable working environment
Laminar flow operating room not only requires a high degree of clean air (the air entering the operating room must first be purified by a high-efficiency filter), but also requires the ability to control the direction of the circulation of the airflow (i.e., the use of laminar flow ultra-clean device), so that the airflow from the high-cleanliness of the surgical area to the low-cleanliness of the area, and to take away and discharged from the airflow in the dust particles (dust particles) and bacteria. Particles (dust particles) and bacteria; laminar flow is a small, thin layer of airflow, with a uniform flow rate in the same direction; the direction of the purified airflow is divided into vertical laminar flow and horizontal laminar flow type two. Vertical laminar flow (Supply air ceiling for operating theatre) high-efficiency filters are installed in the surgical beds directly above the airflow blowing vertically, back to the air in the corners of the wall, to ensure that the cleanliness of the operating table to meet the standard, generally more vertical laminar flow type effect is better The laminar flow operating room is a positive-pressure environment, and the pressure of the air in accordance with the different regions (such as surgery, sterile preparation room, brush, and so on), the airflow is not only a positive pressure environment, but also a positive pressure environment. Laminar flow operating room is a positive pressure environment, its air pressure according to its different areas (such as surgery, sterile preparation room, brush hand room, anesthesia room and surrounding clean area, etc.) cleanliness and different requirements.
Different levels of laminar flow operating room air cleanliness standards are different, such as the U.S. federal standards for 100-class laminar flow operating room standards for the number of dust particles per cubic foot of air ≥ 0.5 μm, ≤ 100 or ≤ 3.5 per liter of air. 1000-class ≥ 0.5 μm dust particles per cubic foot of air, ≤ 1,000 or ≤ 35 per liter of air. And so on.
Different levels of laminar flow system, the air replacement rate in the controlled space environment is also different, the higher the level of cleanliness, the faster the replacement rate, and vice versa.
The walls of the laminar flow operating room should be painted with special paint with antibacterial effect, bright light, soft color and no need to use water to clean and rinse.
