(5) Evacuate or isolate people according to needs, and implement emergency measures or blockade on key areas or epidemic areas of infectious diseases according to law;

Article 14 The administrative department of health of the provincial people's government shall formulate the following special emergency plans according to the emergency plan for public health emergencies in the province, and submit them to the provincial people's government for approval:
(1) Emergency plans for prevention and control of major infectious diseases;
(2) Emergency plan for the prevention and control of mass unexplained diseases;
(3) emergency plan for major food poisoning incidents;
(4) Emergency plan for major occupational poisoning events;
(5) Emergency plan for the loss of strains and strains of infectious diseases;
(6) Emergency plans for other events that seriously affect public health.
