(1) signing a contract in the name of a fictitious unit or fraudulently using the name of another person; (2) using a forged, altered, or voided bill or other false proof of property rights as a guarantee;
(3) not having the ability to actually fulfill the contract. In order to first perform a small contract or partial performance of the contract, to entice the other party to continue to sign and perform the contract;
(d) receiving the other party's payment of goods, payments, advances, or secured property and then fled;
(e) other ways to fraudulently obtain the other party's property.
