Occupational hazard factors can be divided into many kinds, including: various harmful chemical factors (such as organic solvent poisons, metal poisons such as lead and manganese, dust, etc.). ), physical factors (such as noise, high frequency, microwave, ultraviolet, X-ray, etc. ), biological factors (such as anthrax, forest encephalitis virus, etc. ) and other occupational hazards such as improper production layout. ) produced in the course of work.

I. Occupational disease physical examination items shall be determined according to different occupations:

1. If you are exposed to smoke, you will generally do facial examination, electrocardiogram, routine hematuria, liver function, chest X-ray and lung function examination;

2. If it is a noise-related occupation, it may be necessary to carry out facial examination, chest X-ray, hearing examination, lung function, electrocardiogram and liver function examination;

3. In addition to routine electrocardiogram and liver and kidney function examination, those who have been exposed to chemicals for a long time should be examined by B-ultrasound;

4. If you are exposed to toxic and harmful heavy metals for a long time, you should separately test the heavy metal content in your blood, such as blood lead content.

Second, occupational diseases include the following:

1, occupational poisoning. Lead and its compounds poisoning, mercury and its compounds poisoning, etc.

2. Pneumoconiosis. There are also silicosis and coal workers' pneumoconiosis.

3. Physical factors and occupational diseases. Have heatstroke, decompression sickness, etc.

4. Occupational eye diseases. There are chemical eye burns, electric eyes and so on.

Legal basis: Article 42 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law. Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit may not terminate the labor contract in accordance with the provisions of Articles 40 and 41 of this Law:

(1) The worker who is engaged in the operation exposed to occupational hazards fails to undergo the occupational health examination before leaving his post, or the suspected occupational disease patient is in the period of diagnosis or medical observation;

(2) Suffering from occupational diseases or work-related injuries in this unit and being confirmed to have lost or partially lost the ability to work;

(3) Being sick or injured non-work-related, and within the prescribed medical treatment period;
