Judging health status by urine color.
Light yellow and transparent, light yellow and clear: normal and healthy. If there is occasional foaming or bubbling, it is usually the effect caused by light yellow and clear water, and there is no problem.
Colorless/transparent, especially clear: drinking too much water reduces urine pigment, so we should consider reducing the amount of drinking water appropriately.
Beer yellow/dark yellow, beer yellow: The physical condition is normal, but there is some water shortage, so it is necessary to replenish water as soon as possible.
Soy sauce color/brown, soy sauce color: It may have been severely dehydrated, so you should drink water quickly, or you may have liver disease or nephritis.
Red, bright red: food will change the color of urine, which may be caused by eating blueberries, pitaya and beets. Or take some drugs to cause bright red. If not, it may be a sign of kidney disease, tumor or prostate disease.
Milky white/turbid, milky white: If accompanied by abnormal urination, fever and low back pain, the urethra may be milky white, and pyelonephritis, urethritis and cystitis should be treated in time.
