The basic principle is: if a set of health education leaflets, posters and series of readers involve different health problems, they can be counted as different types. For example, a set of leaflets covering different health issues, such as hypertension prevention, diabetes prevention, smoking cessation guidance and exercise guidance, should be counted as four. But if a set of leaflets/posters, one is about the harm of hypertension, the other is about blood pressure measurement, and the other is about medication for hypertension, it should be considered as one.
In addition, different types of printed materials need to be treated differently:
Brochure: A brochure or a book may involve many health problems, but it can only be regarded as a kind of material.
Health education prescriptions/leaflets: health prescriptions and leaflets that may contain various health problems are counted as one material.
