In order to improve the safety awareness of all members of the learning department, strengthen the discipline and legal awareness of all members, clarify the responsibilities of the responsible person and members of both sides when personal injury accidents occur, protect the legitimate rights and interests of all members and responsible persons, and ensure the smooth progress of the learning department. The following agreements are voluntarily signed by the members and the head of the learning department:
Party A: the overseas personnel of the Learning Department; Party B: the person in charge.
Article 1: Under the leadership of Party B, Party A is willing to travel abroad and promises to abide by the provisions of this agreement.
Article 2: Party B shall not bear any responsibility for personal safety, economy and other problems that may occur during Party A's travel, but Party A shall bear it.
Article 3: Party A shall not leave the team without authorization, which will bring unnecessary troubles to the collective or the team, otherwise the consequences will be at its own risk.
Article 4: If Party B has an accident in the course of traveling, Party A shall not bear any responsibility for personal and property injuries caused by himself or others.
Article 5: Party A shall earnestly pay attention to the safety of personal property and shall not illegally occupy other people's property. Party A shall be responsible for the property losses caused by improper storage due to Party A's own reasons, and Party B shall not bear any responsibility.
Article 6: If Party A causes damage to others, Party A shall bear all the liability for compensation.
Article 7: Party A shall strictly abide by the traffic rules. In case of a traffic accident, the party causing the accident shall be responsible, and Party B shall not bear any responsibility.
Article 8: This Agreement is made in triplicate, one for each of the two principals of Party B and one for Party A (the representative of the outgoing member of the Learning Department).
Article 9: This agreement shall come into effect after being signed by both parties, and shall be automatically dissolved after Party B confirms that Party A will also return to school.

Article 2 This Law shall apply to tourism activities in the form of sightseeing, vacation and leisure, as well as business activities providing related services for tourism activities within and outside People's Republic of China (PRC).
Article 3 The State shall develop tourism, improve public tourism services and protect the rights of tourists in tourism activities according to law.
