1. Personal information refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding anonymized information. According to the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the name, date of birth, ID number, biometric information, address, telephone number, e-mail address, health information and whereabouts information of natural persons belong to personal information.
2. The processing of personal information includes the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure and deletion of personal information.
3. Matters needing attention in handling personal information
(1). The principles of legality, fairness, necessity, honesty and credibility shall be followed, and personal information shall not be handled by misleading, fraud or coercion.
Personal information should have a clear and reasonable purpose, which should be directly related to the purpose of processing, and adopt a way that has the least impact on personal rights and interests.
Personal information should be collected for the purpose of processing, limited to a minimum range, and personal information should not be collected excessively.
(two) personal information processing should follow the principle of openness and transparency, open the rules of personal information processing, and clearly explain the purpose, method and scope of processing.
Handling personal information should ensure the quality of personal information and avoid adverse effects on personal rights and interests due to inaccurate and incomplete personal information.
(3) Personal information processors shall be responsible for their personal information processing activities and take necessary measures to ensure the safety of the personal information they process.

Article 1034 The personal information of natural persons is protected by law.
Personal information is all kinds of information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, including natural person's name, date of birth, ID number, biometric information, address, telephone number, e-mail address, health information, whereabouts information, etc.
The privacy information in personal information shall be subject to the provisions on privacy; If there are no provisions, the provisions on the protection of personal information shall apply.
Article 1035 The handling of personal information shall follow the principles of legality, justice and necessity, and shall not be over-handled, and meet the following conditions:
(1) Obtaining the consent of the natural person or his guardian, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations;
(2) Rules for publicly handling information;
(3) Clearly explain the purpose, mode and scope of information processing;
(four) does not violate the provisions of laws and administrative regulations and the agreement between the two parties.
