What are the four main contents of occupational health monitoring?

(1) Occupational health education and training

The employing unit shall regularly train employees on occupational safety and health knowledge before and during their posts, so that they can understand and abide by the laws, regulations, rules and operating procedures for occupational disease prevention and control, correctly use and maintain protective equipment and personal protective equipment, and understand the occupational health rights enjoyed by employees according to law.

(2) Occupational health examination

Health examination should include pre-employment health examination, regular health examination of employees exposed to harmful factors and post-employment health examination. When the employing unit is divided, dissolved or bankrupt, it shall also carry out health examination on the workers exposed to occupational hazards.

The inspection items and cycles shall be implemented according to the categories of occupational hazard factors exposed and the occupational health inspection items and cycles specified by the state. Those who are found to have occupational contraindications during the inspection shall not engage in taboo operations or be transferred from taboo operations. Need to review and medical observation, according to the provisions of the review and medical observation. Patients suspected of occupational diseases shall be reported according to regulations, and occupational disease diagnosis or medical observation shall be arranged. The employing unit shall promptly and truthfully inform the health examination results.

(3) Occupational health monitoring files

The employer shall establish occupational health monitoring files, each with 1 file. The contents of this document include:

(1) Occupational history, past history of occupational hazards and contact history of employees;

(2) Monitoring results of occupational hazards in the workplace;

(three) the results of occupational health examination and treatment;

(4) Occupational disease diagnosis and treatment and other related health information.

(4) Occupational health monitoring information management

A perfect occupational health monitoring information management system is conducive to the early detection of patients with medical contraindications and suspected occupational diseases, and is of great significance to protecting the health of employees.
