Health manager registration entrance? Interface, enter the registration system for online registration; Can I also visit directly? Anhui Health Manager (Level 3) Registration System? (http://39.100.66.152: 8082/home/signup), enter the registration interface to register. Online registration is not accepted after the deadline.
(2) On-site confirmation
August 23 to August 26, 2020 (working day) is the time for on-site confirmation, and on-site confirmation will not be accepted after the deadline. After completing online registration, applicants must bring the following materials to the examination area (individual applicants) and the entrusted centralized registration agency for on-site confirmation, and pay the appraisal examination fee within the specified time. The applicant must submit the originals and photocopies of the following materials and certificates (the originals shall be returned to the applicant after examination):
1, "Personal Application Form for Vocational Skills Appraisal of Health Industry in Anhui Province"
(Download and print from the registration system and confirm with my signature, in duplicate).
2. Valid identity documents.
3. Valid academic credentials (the inquiry report of Xuexin.com's academic credentials must be submitted at the same time).
4. Work experience certificate of the unit (template downloaded from the registration system)
5. Letter of Commitment of the applicant (template downloaded from the registration system)
6. Certificate of completion of three-level health manager training (applicants are required by the application conditions)
(3) Upload electronic photos
The electronic photo uploaded by the applicant must be my recent bareheaded color ID photo, the photo size is one inch or two inches, the format is jpg, the file size must be between 15-45 KB, and the file must be named after the candidate's ID number.
(4) Examination fee
According to the Notice of the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on the Examination Fee Standard of Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (No.66 of Wei Talent Fa [2016]) and the Reply of Anhui Provincial Department of Finance on Formulating the Examination Fee Standard of Health Department Professional and Technical Qualification in Our Province (No.2019 of Anhui Development and Reform Charge Letter).
