Legal basis: Article 16 of the Administrative Measures for Preventive Health Examination in People's Republic of China (PRC):

(four) the relevant health laws and regulations have other provisions on the contents of preventive health examination, which shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

(five) according to the actual situation, if the specific items of preventive health examination really need to be increased or decreased, it must be reported to the health administrative department of the government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government for approval before it can be carried out.
