Article 9 The personnel responsible for BCG vaccination shall strictly abide by the operating rules stipulated by the state and accept the professional guidance of the disease prevention and control institutions. Tenth vaccination units after the completion of BCG vaccination, should fill in the "BCG vaccination registration form", according to the provisions of statistical reporting. Eleventh BCG vaccination errors and abnormal reactions, the vaccination unit shall immediately take rescue measures, and report to the local diagnosis and appraisal institutions of abnormal reactions to vaccination, and report step by step according to regulations. Chapter III Management, Diagnosis and Treatment of Epidemic Situation Article 12 The municipal, district and county health administrative departments shall strengthen the organization and construction of primary tuberculosis prevention and control networks, make full use of the existing prevention and health care networks, and strengthen the work of tuberculosis prevention and control. Thirteenth disease prevention and control institutions should make an epidemiological investigation on the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in this area in a planned way. In areas and units with high incidence or outbreak of tuberculosis, health examination should be organized to find out the source of infection, and relevant units should cooperate. Fourteenth medical and health institutions should report the epidemic card to the disease prevention and control institutions in the city 12 hours and rural areas within 24 hours, and at the same time transfer the patients to the disease prevention and control institutions for diagnosis, registration, reporting and treatment management. Fifteenth pulmonary tuberculosis patients once found, should be treated in time, by the county disease prevention and control institutions to implement the whole process of supervision and management or strengthen supervision and management. If hospitalization is needed, it shall be transferred to a medical institution designated by the municipal public health administrative department for treatment. Other medical institutions shall not intercept or treat pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Sixteenth medical institutions designated by the municipal public health administrative department shall report the treatment results to the disease prevention and control institutions in their places of residence when the patients are discharged. Patients who are not discharged from the hospital should be transferred to the disease prevention and control institution in their place of residence for further treatment. Chapter IV Control of Infectious Diseases Article 17 Patients with tuberculosis should avoid acts that spread or may spread tuberculosis, and actively cooperate with disease prevention and control institutions for treatment and management. Eighteenth patients with infectious tuberculosis shall not engage in the following occupations before being cured:
(1) Production and operation of food, catering, medicines and cosmetics;
(2) education;
(three) hotels, hairdressing and beauty industry;
(four) other industries prohibited by the administrative department of health of the State Council. Article 19 Employees and family members of infectious tuberculosis patients and their close contacts as stipulated in Article 18 of these Measures shall accept preventive tuberculosis health examination organized by disease prevention and control institutions in accordance with state regulations. Twentieth disease prevention and control institutions, medical and health units and tuberculosis patients shall, in accordance with the provisions, disinfect the places contaminated by tuberculosis, sewage, sputum, excreta and abandoned tuberculosis culture medium. Chapter V Punishment Article 21 Whoever violates the provisions of these measures and commits any of the following acts shall be ordered by the administrative department of health to make corrections within a time limit and be fined according to the seriousness of the case; The main person in charge and the person directly responsible shall be given administrative sanctions by their units or higher authorities:
(a) units with high incidence and outbreak of tuberculosis, which do not cooperate with or refuse to carry out tuberculosis physical examination and identify the source of pollution, shall be fined more than 2000 yuan 1 000 yuan for the responsible units;
(two) medical units found that tuberculosis patients do not report, not referral, unauthorized treatment, according to each patient, 300 yuan, the responsible unit at more than 2000 yuan fine; If losses are caused to patients due to improper treatment, compensation shall be made according to law;
(three) in violation of the provisions of article eighteenth of these measures, the responsible unit shall impose a fine of 5000 yuan.
