1. All foreign (returning) temporary residents in the province shall be subject to the "first drop" nucleic acid detection, with single sampling, priority detection and timely reporting. Temporary (returning) personnel in high, medium and low risk areas and high spillover risk areas shall be received in a "point-to-point" manner, and control measures shall be implemented in different categories. 2. red team was given to the temporary (returning) residents who lived in high-risk areas for less than 7 days, and centralized isolation medical observation measures were implemented for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively. 3. The temporary (returning) residents who lived in the middle risk area for less than 7 days were given red team, and the medical observation measures were implemented for 7 days at home, and the nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. 4. The management period of isolated medical observation shall be counted from the time of leaving the risk area, and the investigation time shall be traced back to 7 days from the date of adjusting the risk level locally.

5. Strictly implement the control measures of "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation and 3 days of home health monitoring" for entry personnel. Nucleic acid was detected on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days after centralized isolation medical observation. After the centralized isolation was lifted, point-to-point closed-loop management was implemented to carry out home health monitoring, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the third day of home health monitoring.

6. Give red team to close contacts, and strictly implement the control measures of "centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days and home health monitoring for 3 days". Nucleic acid was detected on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days after centralized isolation medical observation. After the centralized isolation was lifted, peer-to-peer home health monitoring was implemented, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the third day of home health monitoring.

7. For close contacts, assign yellow code, implement medical observation measures of home isolation for 7 days, and conduct nucleic acid detection on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. If all the nucleic acid tests are negative, and the previous two nucleic acid tests of the corresponding close contacts are negative, the home isolation medical observation can be lifted on the seventh day.

8. If there are suspected cases, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons exposed to wedding (funeral) banquets, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, farmers' markets and other crowded and closed places in epidemic-related places, but they do not meet the principles of close contacts and close contacts, after risk assessment, nucleic acid detection measures will be taken for those with high infection risk, and the results will be determined at 1.

9. Employees in high-risk posts such as entry personnel, imported cold-chain goods and environment, centralized isolation places and designated medical institutions shall be subjected to centralized or home isolation medical observation measures for 7 days after leaving their posts, and nucleic acid detection shall be carried out on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively.

10. Family health monitoring was carried out for 7 days for diagnosed cases and asymptomatic infected persons who were cured and discharged from hospital or released from centralized isolation, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the 3rd and 7th days respectively: people living together were tested for nucleic acid on the 3rd and 7th days respectively.
