1 case data
The patient, a 46-year-old male, was admitted to the hospital because of "old cerebral infarction" and was given 60mg of brain protein hydrolysate, once a day/kloc-0. The drug used is cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection, and the manufacturer: Yunnan Mengsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has the approval number of National Medicine Zhunzi H2004 1580. Drug specification: 30mg/ tablet. On the day of admission, brain protein hydrolysate was used for only 10 minutes, and the patient suddenly felt chest tightness, itchy skin and throat discomfort. Considering the allergic reaction caused by cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection, the cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection was stopped immediately, and the symptoms were relieved after oxygen inhalation and antiallergic treatment. After carefully inquiring about the medical history, the patient had allergic reaction to brain protein hydrolysate at home six months ago, but it was not serious and did not attract attention, so he did not tell the medical staff.
Step 2: Nursing
2. 1. Closely observe the changes of illness and monitor vital signs.
2.2 Psychological comfort to relieve patients' nervousness.
2.3 Do a good job in health education, inform patients that they are allergic to brain protein hydrolysate in the future, and inform doctors when seeking medical treatment to avoid allergic reactions again.
3 discussion
Brain protein hydrolysate is a unique peptide neurotrophic drug in the brain, which can act on the central nervous system in many ways, regulate and improve the metabolism of neurons, promote the formation of synapses, induce the differentiation of neurons, and further protect nerve cells from various ischemia and neurotoxins. The main adverse reactions were allergic skin rash and anaphylactic shock [2]. The adverse reactions of the patient in the process of intravenous infusion of cerebroprotein hydrolysate were mainly chest tightness, itchy skin and throat discomfort, which appeared after taking the medicine again. The reason of allergy is that brain protein hydrolysate is a kind of water-soluble free protein hydrolysate. After this hapten enters the body, it will combine with some protein in the body to produce total antigen. After taking it for the first time, it will prompt the body to produce corresponding antibodies, and after taking it for the second time, there will be allergic reactions. Therefore, it is suggested that clinicians should strictly grasp the indications and contraindications, pay attention to the allergic history of patients, and observe whether patients have allergic skin rash or anaphylactic shock during medication. [3] Nurses should strengthen patrol and closely observe the changes of the condition. Prepare rescue articles and medicines regularly, stop taking medicine immediately when allergic reaction occurs, and take active rescue measures.
