What is a healthy diet?

1 Eat a balanced diet. Meat and vegetables should have a reasonable collocation. You can order a meal by yourself every day to see if your nutrition is balanced.

Don't eat junk food. Small snacks with 50 cents, which I especially liked when I was a child, and excellent potato chips are all junk food, because we don't know what it is made of or the sanitary environment. It is ok to eat less occasionally, but it is absolutely not advisable to use it instead of rice.

Try not to eat in restaurants outside. My family runs a restaurant, and I know a lot about the hygiene in the restaurant. The vegetables were hardly washed, and they were only soaked in boiling water, so the hygiene needs to be improved.
