Eating habits and health of contemporary college students
With the development of society, the pressure of work is increasing, and it is particularly important for students to master more knowledge. The life, study and physical health of college students can lay a good foundation for better serving the society in the future. Through many years' work in the logistics and catering department of colleges and universities, it is found that there are many unreasonable places in the living habits and diet of current students: the daily diet is unscientific, the schedule of work and rest is irregular, and current college students lack physical exercise. Living habits are not healthy enough. The solution proposed in this paper must first follow four principles: the principle of balance, the principle of appropriateness, the principle of comprehensiveness and the principle of pertinence. Coupled with a reasonable diet and good habits, their nutrition can be balanced and their bodies can grow healthily. College students are the hope of the motherland and the pillars of the future motherland. They must have healthy bodies and good spiritual qualities to contribute to modernization.
