South Korea often eats instant noodles and doesn't like sports. Why do they all look so healthy?

I think it's for two reasons. First, everyone likes to make up. Basically, people who go out are men and women who can make up. Because of makeup, their colors will be largely covered and they will look healthy to a large extent. Secondly, our understanding of them is not comprehensive enough, and we can only agree with some film and television dramas and make one-sided judgments. After all, although some themes, materials and plots of some movies and TV shows come from life, there is an exaggerated element in many places, and it is impossible to restore life 100%.

After all, movies and TV plays are largely influenced by subjective factors, which means that what we see is probably what others want me to see. Due to the development of globalization and the popularity of the Internet, we can better understand the cultures of other countries, and we can see the cultural differences between other countries and our country well through movies and TV plays of other countries. To put it bluntly, it is actually cultural output. In a sense, it is indeed a way for us to understand other countries' cultures.

However, I think it is a little hasty to judge a country's culture only from the aspect of film and television. After all, film and television dramas are short in time and narrow in subject matter, which cannot represent the culture of the whole country. Therefore, the conclusions we draw through film and television dramas may often be incomplete. In addition, as I said at the beginning, South Korea attaches great importance to makeup etiquette. Whether boys or girls go out, they are very concerned about makeup, which will cover up their original color.

And because of different countries and cultures, I believe there are also differences in diet. Maybe instant noodles are junk food in our country, but in other countries, the food itself may change through certain processing methods.
