When we want to know some situations or events, it is necessary for us to investigate them carefully and write the laws and experiences we have explored into the investigation report. How to write an investigation report in a logical way? The following is my 202 1 mental health survey report, welcome to share.
Investigation Report on Mental Health 1 The mental health problems of middle school students have become the focus of education. Because modern society has become very complicated, with diversified values and unstable families, various social thoughts have affected the healthy growth of middle school students, and some students have found it difficult to adapt to the social and school environment. Judging from the internship process, many students have this psychological problem more or less through contact with their classmates. During my internship, I found that many children are left behind, lacking the care of their parents, unsociable, unsociable and tired of learning. The health of students is related to their future, and we middle school students are the future of our country. Therefore, in the process of cultivating students' intellectual education, it is particularly important to pay more attention to the healthy development of students' minds and let them have a healthy psychology.
I. Investigation
20XX worked as an intern in Wuli Town, Ankang City in the middle of September. During my internship, I found many problems. Many students' grades are particularly poor. Through observation, I found that many students' parents went out to work when they were young, and there were only grandparents at home, lacking parental care, withdrawn and unsociable.
Second, the specific objectives and methods of the investigation
concrete objectives
1, students' mental health in learning
2. Students learn the characteristics of mental health.
3. Causes and countermeasures of students' mental health problems.
(2) Specific methods
Through the form of students' questionnaires, this paper mainly investigates their values, learning attitudes, learning needs and learning purposes. 56 questionnaires were distributed, and 50 were actually valid, which was close to the ideal target and the ideal sample size and was operable.
Third, the survey results.
The survey of students shows that the mental health of these students has obvious characteristics of the times, reflecting many social problems, the education of left-behind children, the temptation of middle school students from the Internet and various social problems.
(A) Analysis of the current situation of middle school students' learning psychology
1, values education
The survey shows that most students have their own clear educational values, 64% students think that learning can change themselves and improve their quality in all aspects, 20% students think that the role of learning is to get into a good university, 16% students never think about what they will do in the future and never consider their future. On the other hand, students' educational values are closely related to economic development. They think that those with higher education earn more money than those with lower education.
2. Learning attitude
The survey shows that 64% of the students are enthusiastic about learning, 24% are moderately enthusiastic about learning, and 12% are tired of learning. In addition, 90% students don't like learning English, and think English is of little use. Most people like to study mathematics, physics, chemistry and other subjects closely related to reality.
3. The need for learning
Every student has his own specialty, and most students have a correct understanding. Most students have their own interesting goals, and some students hope to get help from their teachers.
4, the purpose of learning
Most students have their own goals, that is, to get into a good university, but a few students haven't considered it yet.
(B) the characteristics of mental health development of middle school students
The psychology of students today is obviously different from that of students in the past.
1, diversified educational value demand
Most people think that education can improve their comprehensive quality, master the basic scientific knowledge necessary for survival and improve their employment competitiveness. In addition, there is an obvious feature that their educational values tend to be utilitarian, and more and more students associate education with economic values. Because the values of middle school students are not mature and their cognitive and judgment abilities are not stable, a considerable number of students are confused about their educational values. The reason is that a considerable number of students think that it is difficult for college students to find jobs, thus losing confidence in entering universities. There are also some academic courses that can't cover up their professional needs, which makes many students feel tired of learning.
2. Learning needs are multi-level and multi-objective.
In the investigation, it is found that the differences in learning foundation, learning goals and expectations for the future make them have different needs for learning. Students who are ready for employment after high school should master some basic knowledge, while students who want to go to college should not only master it, but also be excellent and have excellent academic performance.
The purpose of learning is clear, but it is subjective and uncoordinated.
Adjustment shows that most students have clear learning objectives, but they are uncoordinated and subjective. Many students know that employment is difficult, but they are not active in their actual study. Some students' thoughts and actions are inconsistent, and they are not active in learning, showing a negative learning attitude. It shows that students' learning attitude is seriously uncoordinated and subjective.
Mental health survey report 2 This activity takes the students of history department of Social College as samples and conducts a sampling survey. This survey, in the form of questionnaire, aims to investigate the mental health status of students in Anhui Normal University. * * * 96 questionnaires were distributed, and 90 questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 93.75%, of which 8/kloc-0 questionnaires were valid, with an effective rate of 90%. This report adopts the method of effective questionnaire sampling, and selects 20 samples for analysis. The results are now announced as follows:
First, learning problems.
In this survey, learning is the most concerned and prominent issue for students. For example, in question 33, the psychological pressure caused by the following items is ranked from big to small, among which 44% students think that the psychological pressure caused by learning is the biggest. This shows that nearly half of the students who have just entered the university life are not adapted to the university life, especially the university learning style, and feel great psychological pressure. After the tense college entrance examination, many students can't adapt to the open and relaxed learning and lifestyle of the university, or they are too nervous to get rid of the exam-oriented education in high school, or feel that life is empty, doing nothing all day, neglecting their studies and wasting their time. Another example is question 29. What do you think is your biggest setback after going to college? Among them, 33% students choose poor academic performance, which shows that freshmen need guidance urgently in their studies and seek a sense of psychological accomplishment.
Second, spare time life.
Among the students surveyed, 45% feel that college life is free and open, and students pay more attention to learning and have high learning consciousness. Among them, what do 56% students mainly do in their spare time in question 3? On the contrary, only xx% students choose to play games or online dating 3. But it also reflects from the side that students' psychological learning pressure is still great.
Third, economic life.
Nowadays, college students have little difficulty in economic life. Question 6: Do you have enough living expenses every month? In the middle school stage, 67% of the students are basically enough, and 1 1% of the students have surplus. At the same time, in question 7, do you think that the monthly living expenses are a burden on yourself and cause psychological pressure? 60% students think there is no pressure. All of the above shows that with the development and progress of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the living standards of college students are also improving, and the psychological pressure of college students is obviously reduced due to economic life.
Fourth, interpersonal communication.
Interpersonal communication is a prominent issue in this survey. Question 33, please rank the psychological pressure brought by the following items from big to small. 33% of the students think that interpersonal relationship causes the greatest psychological pressure. Question 8: When you are with a group of friends, do you often feel lonely or lost? 79% of students choose yes or sometimes yes, which reflects that contemporary college students lack the ability to communicate with others. Similarly, what do you think is the biggest setback after going to college? Students who choose not to adapt to dormitory life account for 33%, which is equivalent to the number who choose poor academic performance. This shows that learning methods and interpersonal communication are the two most serious problems among middle school students in this survey.
A considerable number of college students come from rural areas. In my previous daily life, my anxiety range was narrow and I had less opportunities to communicate with others. When I first arrived at the university, faced with such an open and free environment, so many classmates. Faced with so many public occasions, I am at a loss and confused, so I am ashamed to express my introverted personality. Students who grow up in cities come from one-child families, so it is difficult to understand the situation of rural students. So a gap was formed. Meanwhile, in question 20, do you think most people can't be trusted? 78% students think so or occasionally. This reflects some problems in college students' interpersonal communication.
Fifth, psychological balance.
1 Question, what do you think is the gap between your current school and your ideal university? There are 56% students who choose a lot, reflecting that there is still a certain gap between their ideal university and the real school. 13 Do you feel confident? 69% students choose not to be confident or sometimes not very confident. Question 5: What do you think is the worst in my college life? There are 57% students who think they lack self-confidence, both of which reflect that our classmates are not confident enough about themselves. However, in question 23, do you have anything to worry about? Do you often feel like a failure? Only 20% students think they don't have such a problem. Question 26: Do you always have a clear goal in life? Are you working hard for this? Only 3 1% of the students think so. These two problems also show that students have no clear goals and no confidence in the future. The above problems show that students have not reached psychological balance from different angles, and there is always a gap between ideal and reality.
This survey fully reflects a series of psychological problems of contemporary college students, such as students in xx history class of Social College. It provided real and rich information and vivid examples for school mental health education, and achieved the purpose of this activity, which was relatively successful. This activity has received strong support from all sides, and once again I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the Starfish Research Association and the xx history class!
The mental health investigation report 3 is about the preface. The university stage is the key stage of life, with arduous tasks and high requirements. They often feel "depressed" and "agitated" and cannot enter the learning state. It is difficult for such students to complete their learning tasks with quality assurance. At the same time, the market economy requires college students to have strong adaptability, and the society has high requirements for college students, not only ability but also quality. In this case, students with bad psychology will only be at a loss. So, from xx to xx, our public administration department began the practice of social investigation. This time, the topic chosen by our group is "Investigation of College Students' Mental Health", which adopts the methods of sampling survey and questionnaire survey. The survey objects are: Huaigong, Teachers' College and Vocational College. Finally, the investigation activities are summarized and reported in the form of investigation report. Practical purposes Through social investigation practice, the knowledge of social investigation course learned this semester is applied to practical operation, and theory and practice are combined to find some problems in universities on the basis of consolidating theoretical knowledge, so as to solve some practical problems for today's college students and improve their social adaptability. In this practice, our investigation of college students' mental health problems is mainly divided into the following three steps:
1, according to the actual needs, select the survey topic, determine the topic, then make the survey plan and design the questionnaire.
2. Issue and recycle questionnaires, and make statistics and analysis on the questionnaires.
3. Discuss the investigation results, organize statistical analysis, write investigation report, and summarize the investigation practice.
internship summary
Faced with the contradiction between goal selection, social role and individual will, ideal and reality, self-maturity and self-control ability, and the increasingly fierce competition under the new historical conditions, many college students have to bear enormous psychological pressure. If this kind of pressure is not handled well, it will have a negative impact on college students' thinking, study and work, and even become an obstacle to their ability and physical and mental health. A healthy psychological state and good psychological quality are the conditions and foundation for a person's all-round development. The mental health of college students plays a vital role in improving their learning ability, ideological quality and realizing the value of life.
Therefore, we randomly surveyed students from three nearby universities when choosing the subjects of the questionnaire survey. In this survey, * * * questionnaires 100 were distributed, and questionnaires 100 were recovered, with a recovery rate of 100%. After the questionnaire was collected, we made a scientific investigation report after making a statistical summary of the members of this group. Among them, there are 45 boys and 55 girls, the proportion is basically in line with the actual situation of our school, which ensures the authenticity and objectivity of the data.
Through the analysis of this questionnaire, we can clearly realize that mental health is the foundation of college students' success and an important guarantee for them to master cultural and scientific knowledge. With a good attitude, they can not only get good academic results, but also benefit for life. Without good psychological training, they cannot cultivate qualified college students with advanced cultural knowledge. Therefore, mental health education is not only a requirement to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, but also an important guarantee and foundation for college students to develop in an all-round way and become "four haves" talents. But from this questionnaire, we can see that there are some problems in college students' mental health at present. For example, only children and non-only children; Urban students and rural students are basically different psychologically. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deeply analyze and expound the psychological problems of college students and their solutions.
