Is drinking coffee often harmful to health?

I'm sorry to tell you bad news, but yes, caffeine is harmful to your health. You have never heard of the adverse health effects of caffeine on your body on Facebook or cable news, because the whole world is addicted to drinking caffeinated drinks and planting, selling and promoting caffeinated drinks!

Every day, we get answers from millions of coffee machines, thousands of coffee shops, high-end restaurants and antique local coffee shops. It is one of the largest industries in the world and one of the most profitable industries. As a result, sadly, the information we rely on is those who are addicted to coffee or tea. Doctors, journalists, scientists, writers-they all drink coffee and tea. Few people openly oppose this popular drug. In fact, some of the biggest caffeine addicts I know are doctors!

In fact, caffeine won't give you any energy at all. When you drink a cup of coffee or less tea, caffeine will enter your blood and send a signal to your body that it is under attack. Your body responds by mobilizing all its bodily functions. By dilating pupils, raising heart rate and raising blood pressure, it will give you a more alert illusion. What you are experiencing now is more like a fight-or-flight reaction. This may "wake you up" at first, but it will eventually lead to irritability, mood swings, panic attacks, depression and chronic fatigue. Any increase in alertness or perceived energy you gain is just a stress hormone released by your body to survive!

Stimulants such as caffeine, guarana and Paraguayan tea work by blocking adenosine, a brain chemical associated with sleep. They will temporarily add some physical functions to simulate energy, but this is only temporary, just like the stimulation you get in a small car accident-you are sleeping, and then bang, suddenly you are completely awake.

You know, coffee and tea are not real food or drinks at all. They are poisons and contain a lot of toxic chemicals, including hundreds of volatile compounds and more than 200 acids. Caffeine is just a poison used by plants as an insecticide. It brings bitterness to plants and prevents insects from eating them. If insects and animals eat plants containing caffeine, it will destroy the central nervous system and sometimes even have fatal side effects. So most pests will soon learn to stay away from these plants, but we humans will not! We like to deceive ourselves to enjoy these poisonous foods and add a little milk and sugar-at the same time, we also deceive ourselves that it is good for us.

Of course, so is chocolate. We usually don't think of eating cocoa beans because they taste bad unless we mix them with a lot of sugar and fat (which is not good for us either). Although chocolate contains a small amount of caffeine, it also contains a toxic chemical called theobromine. Like caffeine, theobromine has a similar physiological reaction. When you mix caffeine and theobromine in an ounce of chocolate, you will end up with about 40 milligrams of caffeine!

Caffeine and caffeine will be detoxified by the liver and eventually damage the liver. But caffeine is not the only toxin in coffee. You will also find a group of highly toxic compounds called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). You may know that these are carcinogenic toxins found in barbecue.
