Four strategies of reflection

We often hear such words, and so on, let me reflect, then how should I reflect? In today's article, I will share with you three ways to make myself reflect. Of course, everyone's situation is different and the problems they encounter are different. You can choose the most suitable strategy for your reflection according to your own situation. Ok, let's start now:

First, get out

The first keyword to share with you: get out, what do you mean? Actually, it's the same as what I said before: I dominate the brain myself. That is, before, during and after you do something, and more importantly, before and during you do it, you must split yourself into two selves. One is that you are doing things yourself, which includes thinking for yourself. The other is that you should observe your words and deeds. Once there is something wrong with your words and deeds, people who observe yourself should always remind you.

To borrow a phrase, "the authorities are fascinated, but the onlookers see clearly". The authorities are you who do things, including what you say, do and think, and the onlookers are you who have been observing you and giving you advice. Our brains have this function, which can do and do at the same time. One is that you are doing something, and the other is to go out and observe yourself. However, most of us don't want to go out because it consumes most of the brain's energy and makes people feel very tired. The more people at the bottom, the more children, the harder it is to get out. Of course, only a few people are awesome and powerful. They often practice for a long time before they can come out.

Combined with the reflection I shared with you the day before yesterday, the point of view of this article, before words and deeds, in words and deeds. That is, before we do something, before we do something or say a word, we should think more about what my goal is, what my goal is, what methods and strategies I will adopt, and what the final possible effect is. This is a kind of thinking, so I think I have my own goal, but is this goal correct? When our goal is wrong, then the harder you work, the more futile you will be. Always think about whether this goal is wrong or not, and what kind of goals and objectives it will guide you to do; Also, in terms of methods and strategies, I adopted this strategy, so is there a better method and strategy? Is this the best way to achieve this goal? Ask yourself repeatedly; Finally, in case I still can't reach my goal after making such a plan, are there any other remedial measures? This is a reflection before words and deeds, a reflection of self-reflection.

In words and deeds, you are the one who observes your words and deeds when expressing your words or actions. You should always ask me if what I'm doing and what I'm saying are off course, just like driving. My goal is right, but is the feedback from the world consistent with what my brain thinks? If not, is it necessary for me to adjust my strategy and formulate methods?

So it takes a long time to practice if you want to get out. It is really difficult for ordinary people to do something or express a word, and want to come out and split themselves in two. Once you can always come out, you will become stronger and stronger.

Second, let go of your emotions.

Having said that, I will share the second key word with you now; Let go of your emotions. That is to say, when you start to reflect, if your brain has its own emotions at this time, then at this time, the effect of your reflection is very poor? Even if you don't reflect, all we have to do is let go of your emotions. You are either excited, happy and sad, or very sad. As long as you have one of these emotions and want to reflect on yourself, let alone get out of it, even basic thinking is hard to do.

I have been sharing the brain module system with you some time ago: cognition, emotion and behavior. Each module system can only execute one module system at a time, just as a computer can only execute one program at a time. And the emotional module system will consume your brain energy very much. Once you start, your cognitive module system and behavior module system will be seriously affected and it will be more difficult to reflect.

For example, we take the children in our class as an example. For those children whose grades are stable, their emotional module system is also very stable. For some children, the grades are just up and down. Once they do well in an exam, they will feel very happy and excited, which is impossible to show. What are the good reasons for this exam? It may be that they have worked hard these days, or it may be that once the paper is relatively simple during these days, is your ability not good? I didn't do well in the exam, but I still mastered the knowledge and didn't use paper. In short, my classmates are emotionally unstable and their grades are not very stable.

Then someone will ask me, how can I let go of my feelings? A very good way is to observe the state of your brain at all times. At this time, does your brain have fever, excitement, discomfort and other emotions? Once you have such a mood, you can find a place to calm yourself down and wait until your heart calms down. Such reflection will be effective.

Therefore, if you want to let yourself reflect on yourself, you should let go of your emotions, make them modular, and don't interfere with your reflection or influence yourself in summing up past experience.

Third, change thinking.

The last reflective strategy: changing thinking. Once you can let go of your emotions without emotional interference, the next thing to do is to change your thinking. Specifically, we can transform thinking from the following three aspects:

The first aspect is to change people's thinking. What does that mean? That is, when I encounter such a thing and such a problem, what will others think and do if they stand in my position and consider the problem from my point of view? When you can think from the standpoint of others, then maybe you will think in a certain direction.

The second aspect is empathy. What does this mean? When I really encounter a thing or a problem, I will think from the other side's point of view, what the other side will think and how to do it. Substitution thinking and empathy thinking have different directions. First of all, others consider the problem from their own perspective, and empathy means that I consider the problem from the other side's perspective.

The third aspect, that is, different time thinking, is what comes across this. When you want to make a choice, can you consider the problem from the perspective of the future, that is, from the perspective of maximizing the interests of yourself and the organization in the future? This is the thinking of different times. There is also to consider the problem from the perspective of the past. Can this matter give me some inspiration, some thoughts and some lessons? What should I do if this happens again? What should I do?

These are three kinds of transformation thinking, substitution thinking, transposition thinking, time-varying thinking, substitution and transposition, all of which think from different positions, and time-varying thinking thinks from the perspective of time.

In short, today's article shares three strategies for reflection: going out, letting go of emotions and changing thinking. I hope today's article can give you some directions for reflection.
