Rule number one In order to ensure the smooth enrollment in 2022, further improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and standardize the enrollment work according to law, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Xizang Autonomous Region.

Rule three. Type of school: public. The school is the only normal college in Xizang Autonomous Region that trains basic education teachers, and also the only college in Lhasa. The school was formerly a "teacher training class" founded by Lhasa Municipal Bureau of Culture and Education 1964. In August, with the approval of Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government, Lhasa Normal School was established. On February 4, 2006, approved by the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to Lhasa Normal College.

Article 7 The main duties of the Admissions and Employment Office of Lhasa Normal University are:

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8? According to the actual conditions of running a school, the school makes overall consideration of factors such as the situation of each province and the coordinated development of regions, and at the same time, combined with the preparation of student enrollment plans in recent years, makes a comprehensive analysis to determine the principles and methods for the preparation of enrollment plans of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). The enrollment plan is approved by the education authorities and the Ministry of Education, and announced to the public through the provincial enrollment management departments.

Chapter IV Access Rules and Measures

Article 11? The school enrollment work follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", vigorously promotes the "sunshine project" of enrollment, and selects outstanding talents for the school.

Article 12? In the plan of launching schools in this area, arts and sports majors will implement the control line of arts and sports majors designated by Xizang Autonomous Region, the admission batches of arts and sports majors will be listed in advance, and non-arts and sports majors will be listed in ordinary higher vocational colleges and counterpart higher vocational colleges. Thirteenth schools in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) outside the region, according to the requirements of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) as a group of ordinary higher vocational colleges.

Article 17? Candidates with the same score arrange professional rules. For the record results have shown the provincial ranking rules, according to the provincial ranking rules; If there is no provincial ranking rule in the bidding results, the bidding results are the same, and science and engineering refer to mathematics, science synthesis and Chinese in turn, with the higher one taking precedence; Literature and history refer to Chinese, liberal arts synthesis and mathematics in turn, with the priority of senior one.

Article 18? The majors defined by the school as single subjects are: primary education (Tibetan direction), and the score in Tibetan must be ≥90.

Article 19 The admission rules for arts and sports majors are as follows: When the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination meet the requirements, and the scores of professional examinations and cultural examinations reach the control scores of arts and sports, they will be admitted from high score to low score according to the voluntary order reported by the candidates until the admission is full. Those who have the same grades in art majors will be admitted in the order of high and low cultural scores in the college entrance examination.

Chapter V Others

Article 20? After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct a comprehensive review within 3 months according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education. According to the spirit of relevant documents of Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government, District People's Social Welfare Department, District Education Department and other departments, students need to enter the talent market when they graduate, meet the demand and supply, make two-way choices and choose their own jobs.

Article 23 According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by the Department of Education of the Autonomous Region and the Department of Finance of Xizang Autonomous Region (No.45 [2009] of the Tibetan Education Department), Xizang Autonomous Region implements the policy of exemption (subsidy) for freshmen majoring in normal education, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, water and mineral resources, and the standard of exemption (subsidy) is 2,800 yuan per student per academic year and the accommodation fee is 800 yuan; The standard of living allowance is 3300 yuan per student per academic year.
