Articles of Association for Enrollment of Lhasa Normal University in 2022 Chapter I General Provisions
? Rule number one In order to ensure the smooth enrollment in 2022, further improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and standardize the enrollment work according to law, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Xizang Autonomous Region.
? Rule number two Full name of the school: Lhasa Teachers College; Legal address of the school: No.88, Shengtao South Road, Caigongtang Street, Chengguan District, Lhasa. College international code: 1248 1.
Rule three. Type of school: public. The school is the only normal college in Xizang Autonomous Region that trains basic education teachers, and also the only college in Lhasa. The school was formerly a "teacher training class" founded by Lhasa Municipal Bureau of Culture and Education 1964. In August, with the approval of Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government, Lhasa Normal School was established. On February 4, 2006, approved by the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to Lhasa Normal College.
Article 4? The school enrollment plan implements the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Party committees of districts and cities, the government and the Admissions Committee of the autonomous region, and is based on social needs and employment, and is formulated and promulgated after combining the actual resources of the school.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 5? According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the autonomous region, the school has set up an enrollment work leading group composed of the principal, the leaders in charge of relevant schools, the heads of relevant departments and the directors of secondary departments, which is responsible for studying and formulating school enrollment policies and regulations, reviewing enrollment plans, and discussing and deciding major issues in enrollment work.
Article 6? The Admissions and Employment Department of the Student Office of Lhasa Normal University is a permanent institution responsible for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities.
Article 7 The main duties of the Admissions and Employment Office of Lhasa Normal University are:
(1) Implement the regulations of the Ministry of Education on enrollment, as well as the supplementary regulations or implementation rules of the competent departments and provincial recruitment committees;
(2) According to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and the autonomous region and relevant regulations, compile the enrollment plan of our school by province and specialty;
(three) to formulate the school enrollment regulations;
(4) Organizing the enrollment propaganda work;
(5) Organize and implement the admission work, and be responsible for coordinating and handling related issues in the admission work;
(six) to fulfill the corresponding responsibilities for the disclosure of college enrollment information;
(7) Support relevant enrollment management departments to complete other work in enrollment;
(8) According to the application of candidates or their legal guardians, investigate, handle and reply the admission behavior of colleges and universities.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 8? According to the actual conditions of running a school, the school makes overall consideration of factors such as the situation of each province and the coordinated development of regions, and at the same time, combined with the preparation of student enrollment plans in recent years, makes a comprehensive analysis to determine the principles and methods for the preparation of enrollment plans of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). The enrollment plan is approved by the education authorities and the Ministry of Education, and announced to the public through the provincial enrollment management departments.
Article 9? The school implements the enrollment policies and relevant regulations formulated by the national and provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) enrollment management departments.
Article 10? In 2022, the enrollment plan of colleges and universities is 226 1 person, which was launched in Guangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Anhui, Gansu, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Henan, Xizang Autonomous Region and other provinces and cities. Special plans include Naqu Orientation Special Plan, Tibet Border County High School Graduates Special Plan and Xizang Autonomous Region Only Special Plan. Chapter IV Access Rules and Measures
Article 11? The school enrollment work follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", vigorously promotes the "sunshine project" of enrollment, and selects outstanding talents for the school.
Article 12? In the plan of launching schools in this area, arts and sports majors will implement the control line of arts and sports majors designated by Xizang Autonomous Region, the admission batches of arts and sports majors will be listed in advance, and non-arts and sports majors will be listed in ordinary higher vocational colleges and counterpart higher vocational colleges. For details, please refer to the Gaopu Enrollment Plan announced by Xizang Autonomous Region).
Thirteenth schools in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) outside the region, according to the requirements of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) as a group of ordinary higher vocational colleges.
Fourteenth schools according to the scores provided by the provincial admissions offices (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial admissions offices). According to the batches submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle.
Fifteenth schools recognize the scores of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) formed after the extra points, and use them as the basis for admission and arrangement of majors.
Article 16 Candidates who enter the archives shall be professionally arranged. In accordance with the principle of giving priority to scores, if there are requirements for single subject scores, after the single subject scores meet the specified conditions, professional arrangements and admissions shall be made according to the file scores from high to low, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. Candidates who fail to meet all their volunteers will be transferred from high score to low score according to the principle of "score first and voluntary combination". Candidates who do not meet the admission requirements and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 17? Candidates with the same score arrange professional rules. For the record results have shown the provincial ranking rules, according to the provincial ranking rules; If there is no provincial ranking rule in the bidding results, the bidding results are the same, and science and engineering refer to mathematics, science synthesis and Chinese in turn, with the higher one taking precedence; Literature and history refer to Chinese, liberal arts synthesis and mathematics in turn, with the priority of senior one.
Article 18? The majors defined by the school as single subjects are: primary education (Tibetan direction), and the score in Tibetan must be ≥90.
Article 19 The admission rules for arts and sports majors are as follows: When the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination meet the requirements, and the scores of professional examinations and cultural examinations reach the control scores of arts and sports, they will be admitted from high score to low score according to the voluntary order reported by the candidates until the admission is full. Those who have the same grades in art majors will be admitted in the order of high and low cultural scores in the college entrance examination.
Chapter V Others
Article 20? After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct a comprehensive review within 3 months according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with according to different situations until they are disqualified. Anyone who practices fraud in the evaluation will be disqualified once found.
Article 21? The school helps students with financial difficulties to complete their studies through awards (scholarships), assistance (work-study programs) and subsidies (subsidies for difficulties).
Article 22? According to the spirit of relevant documents of Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government, District People's Social Welfare Department, District Education Department and other departments, students need to enter the talent market when they graduate, meet the demand and supply, make two-way choices and choose their own jobs.
Article 23 According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by the Department of Education of the Autonomous Region and the Department of Finance of Xizang Autonomous Region (No.45 [2009] of the Tibetan Education Department), Xizang Autonomous Region implements the policy of exemption (subsidy) for freshmen majoring in normal education, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, water and mineral resources, and the standard of exemption (subsidy) is 2,800 yuan per student per academic year and the accommodation fee is 800 yuan; The standard of living allowance is 3300 yuan per student per academic year. Students majoring in normal education in 2022 enjoy the policy of no compensation, and students only need to pay textbook fees during their school days (subject to actual expenses); Non-normal majors need to pay 2,800 yuan for tuition, 800 yuan for accommodation, self-care for living expenses, and textbook fees per person.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-fourth in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, all kinds of school enrollment scores and other related information should be publicized on the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Information Platform of the Ministry of Education and the official website of the school.
