Students admitted to the medical major who meet the recruitment requirements of standardized training for assistant general practitioners after obtaining graduation certificates will be given priority to participate in the standardized training for assistant general practitioners in the "3+2" mode. After completing the training of assistant general practitioners, report to the county health administrative department where the designated village clinic is located according to the Employment Agreement. After passing the physical examination, they shall sign an employment contract with them in accordance with relevant regulations, arrange to work in the village clinic, and implement contract management. Students who fail to participate in the "3+2" standardized training for assistant general practitioners will directly fulfill their service commitments.
