The platform is built for Ali Health, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group, and provides services through Alipay platform. According to Ali Health, the doctor team of the remote consultation platform is composed of public hospital employees who have participated in the free consultation of Hubei epidemic and received the training of COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plan.
