Healthy body

The physical health of mineral exploration workers is an important condition for giving full play to their subjective initiative and a basic guarantee for the success of their careers. Marx said in Das Kapital: "Labor force and labor ability are understood as the human body existing in the living human body. Whenever a person has some use value, he uses the sum of physical strength and intelligence." (das Kapital, Volume I). This is a scientific summary of the relationship between physical strength and intelligence. No matter what job people are engaged in, they need to have a healthy body. According to the World Health Organization, the main signs of good health are: having enough energy, being able to calmly cope with the pressure of daily work and life, being optimistic about life, having a positive attitude, being willing to take responsibility, being good at dealing with the relationship between work and rest, having strong adaptability, being able to resist common diseases, and having requirements on weight, skin and facial features. At present, China is in a critical period of reform and opening up, and the changes in economy and society will inevitably have an impact on people's personality composition and psychological state. Due to the particularity of mineral exploration, mineral exploration workers are required to have healthy bodies. The most basic ones include: first, we must have a strong body; Second, we must have a comprehensive physical quality (good physical quality, strong basic activity ability, and all-round physical and intellectual development); Third, we must have the ability to adapt to the hard, mobile, scattered and ever-changing external environment (to adapt to the changes in economic society, cognitive objects, climate and geographical environment, and to resist general diseases); Fourth, we should have plenty of energy and vitality (be refreshed, energetic, determined, quick-witted, diligent and brave). Only when mineral exploration workers have healthy bodies can they give full play to their subjective initiative and creativity, so as to meet the needs of mineral exploration, improve work efficiency, extend their working years, especially the years of field exploration, and make greater contributions to the development of mineral exploration.
