The team should arrange personnel reasonably according to the construction progress, quality and requirements arranged by the project department and the workload in different periods, but the operators must ensure that the requirements of the construction progress are met, and the team must be equipped with safety officers and quality inspectors.

Second, the production process and technical requirements:

Templates and supports used by the team shall meet the following requirements:

1 Ensure that the shapes, dimensions and mutual positions of engineering structures and parts are correct;

2. Formwork and pipe fittings shall have sufficient strength, rigidity and stability, and can reliably bear the weight and lateral pressure of newly poured concrete and the load generated in the construction process;

3 should meet the requirements of simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, and convenient installation of steel bars, and the technological requirements of concrete pouring and maintenance should be reasonable in materials and strict in economy;

4. Template joints shall be tight and firm, and shall not leak slurry or explode. Strictly check the pipe fittings, supports and supports of the formwork, and do not cause quality accidents due to work mistakes or negligence.

Three, cast-in-place installation template construction, because according to the following provisions:

1 Assemble according to the reinforcement plate drawing and construction sequence, and ensure the overall stability of the formwork system;

2. The supporting surfaces of pipe fittings, supports, braces and diagonal braces should be smooth and solid, and have sufficient compression area;

3 embedded parts and embedded holes must be located accurately and installed firmly;

4. The formwork on both sides of the beam shall be provided with diagonal supports to adjust and fix its firmness and verticality. The height of the support should be arranged according to the structure and overall stability, and the corresponding formwork supports of the upper and lower floors should be located on the same vertical center line.

4. Formwork and steel pipe support shall comply with Code for Design of Timber Structures (GBT 5-73), and the following loads shall be considered when installing formwork and supporting:

① Self-weight of formwork and pipe rack

(2) The weight of fresh concrete

(3) the weight of the steel bar

(4) Weight of construction personnel, machines and tools and equipment.

(5) the load when vibrating concrete.

Five, template removal shall meet the following requirements:

(1) Non-load-bearing formwork shall have the same strength to ensure that its surface edges and corners are not damaged due to demolition, and can also be demolished;

(2) The beam-slab formwork can be removed when the concrete strength reaches 85% of the design strength;

(3) The concrete strength of bearing structure, slab and cantilever slab can be removed when it reaches 100% of the design strength;

(4) After the bamboo veneer and beam formwork are dismantled, it is forbidden to throw them from top to bottom, so as to avoid safety accidents and material damage.

Six, quality requirements

1 template joint width is not more than 25mm, and the excellent standard is not more than15mm; ;

2 beam-column axis displacement allowable deviation is 5 mm;

3 the allowable deviation of elevation is 3 mm; The allowable deviation of beam-column section size is (+4 mm へ-5 mm);

4 The allowable deviation of verticality of each layer is 3 mm;

5. The allowable deviation of the surface height difference between two adjacent plates is 2mm;;

7 For integral reinforced concrete beams, when the slab span is equal to or greater than 4M, the formwork shall be removed according to the design requirements. If there is no requirement in the design, the springing height shall be1‰ 3 ‰ of the whole span length according to the span size of beam and slab.

Seven. safety measure

Steel pipes, fasteners, wooden patterns, supports, etc. used for formwork support shall be installed after the finished products are complete and tested to be undamaged. The poles, plates and production tables used for formwork support should be firmly bound, the plate heads should be closed, the protective railings should be fastened, workers should wear safety helmets, and dangerous parts should wear safety belts. When lifting the formwork, the spreader should be safe and reliable, and the producers should have enough room for activities. Formwork should be firmly supported, and cross braces should be reasonably distributed to prevent formwork from falling off. When dismantling, check the firmness of the scaffold. For larger and heavier formwork, it should be fixed at the top by more than two people, so be careful.
