First of all, we should introduce the most common ailments of dogs: ear mites, dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, skin diseases caused by sticky yellow hair, anal gland inflammation, loose bowels, local buns and so on.
Operating steps of independent physical examination:
1. Touch your nose:
If the dog's nose is wet, it means it is healthy; If it is dry, it will get angry or get sick, and it needs more attention and hydration. Of course, it is normal for dogs to have a dry nose when they wake up from sleep.
2. Look at the dog for a few seconds:
See if the dog is crying, and observe whether the color of the dog's lacrimal gland darkens. Is reflection too salty or too delicious?

3. A little kiss:
When you get close to the dog, get close to the dog's mouth and smell its breath. If there is a smell, it means there is an oral disease! Especially old dogs.
4. Turn the dog's ear:
If the dog's ears smell bad and there is something brown from the inside out, it is a bad sign. Dogs often shake their heads, indicating that there is dirt or inflammation in their ears. Sometimes dogs just have dirty ears. Wipe them with a wet paper towel or alcohol cotton. If there is something brown from ear to ear, you have to make it well. If it is a dog with long ears, see if the hair has regrown and whether it is necessary to pluck it.

5. Shake hands with dogs:
When playing with the dog, turn the dog's mat over to see if there are any cracks, and point out whether the hair in the bag has grown. Touch your toes for damage or pustules, and trim your nails.
6. Touch your dog:
When touching a dog, consciously touch the dog's chin, behind the ears, behind the neck, behind the tail root and stomach. In this way, you can find out whether the hair is knotted, whether there are small pimples and lumps on the skin, and so on. See if there are any brown or red spots and dander falling down. If so, it means that the dog may be infected with mites. If this happens, we need to take it seriously.

7. Look at the ass:
The normal anus of a dog is slightly concave inward, and there is no particularly obvious smell. If the dog has obvious sitting and rubbing his ass, it is necessary to check whether the anus is red and swollen in time. If it is inflamed, it will swell up, protrude outward and smell bad, so you need to go to a pet hospital for treatment. If you can squeeze the anal gland, clean the dog in time and apply erythromycin ointment for a few days, the anal gland inflammation of the dog will be relieved or completely cured!
8. stool examination:
Take the dog out for a walk every day, the main purpose is to let it excrete. You'd better see with your own eyes whether the dog's poop is dry or thin, so as to know your physical condition in time and adjust your diet to make the dog's poop smooth and beautiful every day.
