The nursing department will formulate the assessment plan of TCM theory and operation, hold training and assessment of TCM technical operation once every quarter, and hold TCM theory examination once every six months, so that TCM nurses can master TCM nursing routine and operation process and improve TCM nursing level.
2. Strengthen the training of TCM talents and encourage everyone to participate in TCM nursing professional training. At present, there are only 1 TCM nurses, and it is planned to increase 2-5 nurses every year, so that the proportion of TCM nurses will reach 20%. Encourage western medicine nurses to take the title examination of traditional Chinese medicine. Western medicine nurses must reach 100 class hours in three years, and cultivate Chinese medicine nursing talents through professional training, advanced study and personal self-study.

At present, ear acupoint catgut embedding, Chinese medicine pedicure and Chinese medicine preparation application are being carried out. This year, the participation rate of TCM nursing will be gradually increased, and the participation rate will reach 50%. On the basis of existing projects, we will develop new TCM nursing projects, such as acupoint massage and scrapping.
Fourth, strengthen the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
Formulate the quality evaluation standard of traditional Chinese medicine and conduct quality evaluation once a month. The assessment content includes the mastery of TCM nursing routine and skills, and the implementation of TCM nursing routine. Timely feedback and rectification when problems are found. Continuously improve the nursing level of traditional Chinese medicine.
