The concept of physical health

PhysicalFitness is the Chinese translation of physical fitness, which means that the human body has enough energy to engage in daily work (study) without feeling tired, and spares no effort to enjoy leisure activities and adapt to unexpected situations.

There are many ways to improve physical training, such as agility training, strength training, explosive training, and enhancing physical fitness.

Constitution can be divided into health-related constitution, skill-related constitution and metabolism-related constitution. Healthy physical quality is closely related to health, which refers to the ability of cardiovascular, lung and muscle to exert their best efficiency.
