When buying ice shrimp, you should choose ice shrimp with bent body, which will be fresher. If the body is straight, it means that there will be no water for a long time.
Most of the shrimps we buy in life are frozen shrimps, but there are two kinds: fresh shrimps and frozen shrimps. We must distinguish them clearly:
1, the color of chilled shrimp is bright and has a strong luster. On the contrary, frozen shrimp is darker.
2. Generally, chilled shrimps are very tight and the shrimp meat is relatively solid. Frozen shrimps are softer to pinch because of sufficient water, because of serious water loss.
3. The beards of chilled shrimps are relatively long and complete. On the contrary, the beard of frozen shrimp is basically incomplete.
