Can frozen shrimp be cooked?

Ice shrimp is generally not recommended to be eaten directly, and can be eaten after it is completely cooked. Ice shrimp itself belongs to aquatic animals, and there may be some parasites in its body during its growth. If it is not completely cooked and eaten, it may lead to parasites invading the human body, which is not conducive to human health. Moreover, the ice shrimp itself belongs to a kind of high-protein hair, and if you eat too much, you may have allergies. If you eat it directly, it will cause allergic symptoms to appear quickly, and it is generally not recommended to eat it directly.

It is not recommended to eat ice shrimp directly. It is best to cook it before eating it, because it can effectively kill bacteria or parasites in shrimp after cooking.

Of course, some frozen shrimps are cooked before freezing, such as Arctic sweet shrimps. Even if it is cooked, it is not recommended to eat it directly after thawing.

There are two reasons why it is not recommended to eat directly: 1, which may not be completely cooked during processing and may have parasites; 2, direct consumption will cause the loss of nutrients.

When buying ice shrimp, you should choose ice shrimp with bent body, which will be fresher. If the body is straight, it means that there will be no water for a long time.

Most of the shrimps we buy in life are frozen shrimps, but there are two kinds: fresh shrimps and frozen shrimps. We must distinguish them clearly:

1, the color of chilled shrimp is bright and has a strong luster. On the contrary, frozen shrimp is darker.

2. Generally, chilled shrimps are very tight and the shrimp meat is relatively solid. Frozen shrimps are softer to pinch because of sufficient water, because of serious water loss.

3. The beards of chilled shrimps are relatively long and complete. On the contrary, the beard of frozen shrimp is basically incomplete.
