At present, community filing can be carried out in three ways:
The first is online filing, which can be declared through the "community filing" function module of Sichuan Tianfu Health Link, or the "community filing" function of Tianfu Citizen Cloud APP, or fill in relevant information through WeChat scanning community filing code to complete community filing. The community registration code is posted at the door of each community (hospital).
The second is the registry. There is a "registration office" at the entrance of every community (hospital) in the city, which is a convenient way for the elderly and children without smart phones to register in the community.
The third is to call the community to report. All communities in the city have set up community registration telephones, which are published in Sichuan Online, Chengdu and other media for contacting community registration, publicizing and explaining community epidemic prevention and control policies and measures, and collecting citizens' questions, demands and suggestions. The phone number of community registration is posted at the door of each community (hospital), or you can follow the official account of "Chengdu Social Governance" WeChat through your mobile phone.
Jiang Wei said that at present, community prevention and control is in a critical period. In order to reduce the burden on the grassroots and improve the efficiency of community epidemic prevention and control, the general public is encouraged to give priority to the first one, that is, online reporting.
After citizens report to the community, the community will classify and manage them according to their living history and contact history. For those who have a history of living in high-risk areas, centralized isolation will be implemented for 7 days; For those who have a history of living in a moderately dangerous area, they will be isolated at home for 7 days; For those who overlap with Chengdu's case trajectory, have a history of living in low-risk areas in China (excluding Chengdu's low-risk areas) and have a history of living in risk-free areas outside the province, "3 days and 2 inspections" will be implemented.
Jiang Wei reminded the general public to pay close attention to the dynamics of epidemic prevention and control, especially to actively compare the running trajectories of local cases to see if there are any overlapping trajectories, report in time according to epidemic prevention requirements, and cooperate with the community to implement classified prevention and control measures to protect the health and safety of individuals and families.
