The talent subsidy policy is to attract young people with academic qualifications to develop locally through simple and direct subsidies. Due to the high cost of living, most recent graduates will feel financially embarrassed. Subsidies are mainly to provide some subsidies for renting houses to ease the economic pressure at work. Generally, there will be regional subsidies in areas with slightly backward economy, mainly to encourage young highly educated talents to work in these areas and promote their development.
Application conditions:
(1) basic conditions
1. Experts from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who have China nationality or have worked in the mainland for more than 1 year, and foreign experts who have obtained foreigners' permanent residence identity cards are law-abiding, well-behaved, honest and trustworthy;
2. On-the-job employees who have been working full-time in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and social organizations in the province for more than 1 year (joined before 20 19 10);
3. The reporting age is generally under 40 years old (born after 1980 1).

The research direction and technical route of the discipline have important innovation prospects and the potential to grow into leading talents; Outstanding performance in the fields of philosophy and social sciences, culture and art, economy and finance, innovative achievements or creative theoretical achievements, remarkable achievements in serving the decision-making of provincial party committees and governments, and certain social influence in the industry, priority is given to recommending young talents in financial, legislative and other professional fields urgently needed in our province.
