How to make your sperm healthier and give birth to smarter babies?

Semen consists of sperm and seminal plasma. Sperm accounts for only a small part, and more than 90% is seminal plasma. Seminal plasma is secreted by prostate, seminal vesicle, urethral bulbar gland, paraurethral gland and other accessory gonads, and the main component is water.

It contains fat, protein granules, pigment granules, lecithin corpuscles, enzymes, fructose and other ingredients.

The color of semen is determined by the composition of semen. The semen of normal people is grayish white or slightly khaki.

If abstinence lasts for a long time, the color will turn yellow because of the changes in physical and chemical properties. This is all normal.

Semen abnormalities include: the semen is milky white or slightly yellow-green, indicating that there is inflammation in the reproductive tract, which is probably purulent infection of the prostate and seminal vesicle. Semen is red, indicating that semen contains red blood cells, which is commonly called "blood essence". Blood essence is mostly caused by seminal vesiculitis or prostatitis. This kind of blood essence caused by inflammation is mostly reddish. If the small blood vessels rupture due to vascular malformation, the blood essence is bright red and blood clots can be seen.

Abnormal semen color is not terrible. Once the cause is found and the symptoms are dealt with, the color will return to normal.
