Healthy puppies are quick-thinking, proactive and willing to play with others. The sick puppy seems to be in a bad state of mind, ignoring the outside world, or just running around.
2. Look at your eyes
Healthy puppies have bright eyes, the same size, and are not injured. The conjunctiva of the eyes is pink. The conjunctiva of sick dogs is congested, and some sick dogs have secretions in their eyes, which makes them dull.
3. Look at your nose
The nose of a healthy puppy is moist, without secretions and serosity.
4. Watch your mouth
Healthy puppies have clean mouths, no tongue coating, no bad breath and neat white teeth. When the dog's mouth is closed, there is no gap and no drooling.
Step 5 look at the skin
Healthy puppies have glossy fur, firm skin and soft and gentle touch. If the dog's skin is dry, the fur is thick and hard, and some are bald or scabbed, it means that the dog is ill.
Step 6 look at the anus
Healthy puppies have tight anus, clean surroundings and no foreign bodies. The sick puppy's anus looks dirty, and sometimes it will see ulceration and inflammation.
