How to use the key F 12:
1. First, open an excel spreadsheet file that needs to be saved as an operation.
2. Then press F 12 on the keyboard directly.
3. The "Save As" dialog box will pop up quickly on the excel form page, and you can choose the path location to save the Excel form.
4. After selecting the saving location, click the "Save" button in the lower right corner to finish saving the excel table.
