Go straight north along Jiaodong Street and cross the Lian Fang intersection. There is a Beicang intersection. Turn east at this intersection. You can see it, on the north side of the road, at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Health certificates are all handled here. Need to bring photos and money.
