Does rice flour affect health?

I just got together with my best friend the other day. One of my girlfriends told us that her friend had just given birth to a baby and my girlfriend went to visit her. At that time, she was still nursing, and she was haggard and listless. I asked her why she became so haggard. Didn't she eat something good after giving birth? Take some supplements or something. Aren't you afraid that insufficient breast milk will affect your baby's development? My friend said, actually, I want to eat, too. A lot of things can't be eaten during pregnancy. I finally unloaded the goods, but many people wanted me not to eat them. Don't eat indiscriminately, for fear of affecting the baby. I am also very helpless. I have to avoid eating for the sake of the baby's health. It will be fine after this period of time.

In fact, most mothers pay great attention to their diet in order to ensure that they can secrete high-quality milk, because what you eat during breastfeeding is also the nutrition that your baby wants to eat, so naturally you should avoid eating it properly. However, there are only three kinds of foods that should be avoided during lactation, and other appropriate foods can be used.

First, you can't eat spicy food

Some wet nurses have no appetite and worry that there is no milk for their babies, so in order to make their babies' appetite big, they will ask their families to fry some spicy food. In fact, this will be counterproductive. Breast-feeding mothers had better not touch spicy food, but don't covet pleasure, because doing so will reduce their milk, and eating such food will easily enter the baby's body through milk, so that the baby will be prone to fever, causing constipation and eye secretions. It is best to eat some light, fire-reducing foods, such as honey, Sydney, apples and so on.

Second, you can't eat chocolate

Some mothers like to eat chocolate during lactation, because it can replenish energy and relieve stress, but remember not to eat more, because the ingredients contained in chocolate will enter the baby's body through milk. Excessive intake will make the baby nervous, insomnia and easy to get angry, and some ingredients contained in chocolate are not easy to metabolize in the baby's body.

Third, you can't eat fatty food.

Some lactating mothers think that after unloading the goods, they can be liberated and indulge themselves. They have to eat all foods that they can't eat during pregnancy, but remember not to eat fatty foods during lactation. Although this kind of food tastes good, it is not good for health. Moreover, this food is not easy to digest and has no nutrition, which is not good for postpartum recovery. At the same time, it will also cause the baby to get angry, constipation and eczema.
